T.I. Settles Beef Between G-Count & The Game {NEWS}

Is it me, or are these rappers acting tough for the attention? Earlier this month there was a spark on instagram that was the beginning of a flame filled with insults. Lil Durk posted a video on his account with music playing in the background talking about "sneak-dissing" from Tyga. A few days later, Tyga then responds with his own instagram video, in which music was playing in the background dissing Lil Durk. Eventually both full tracks were released and The Game took it upon himself to add a couple of potential career ending bars aimed at Lil Durk. In turn, G-Count from the L.E.P. Bogus Boyz makes delivers his own version included with a set of visuals. Count sent multiple shots at Game about how he isn't affiliated with any gang members in Chicago and that he's a grown man picking in kid drama. 

Now, all in one month, we get this same beef squashed by the peace maker himself, T.I. T.I. has managed to have 2 parking lots altercations and bring peace to a rising beef all in one month. I'm not sure how the tension is between Tyga and Durk, but at least the older guys are back to their regular schedules.

Dr. LL Cool J Now: Graduates From Northeastern University {NEWS/VISUAL}

Today is indeed a great day for hip hop. Despite all the attention being on Dr. Dre for becoming a billionaire (as if he...nvm) LL Cool J graduates from Northeastern University in Boston, receiving his Honorary Doctorates degree. He was also there to see his daughter graduate, receiving her Honors degree. 

Nipsey Hussle's "Victory Lap" Album On The Way {NEWS}

After much success with the release of his $100 album Crenshaw, Nipsey Hussle gives us a little insight on what he has going as far as the long awaited Victory Lap album. In a recent interview he did with XXL, he stated that this album is going to be epic. “I ain’t competing with nobody, I ain’t tryna sound like nothing, I’m just tryna make the best Nipsey Hussle album, and I’m feeling real great about what we got right now.” Nip stated. 

Hussle also told XXL that in order for him to get off what he's been trying to say, he needs 3 verses, so he hasn't reached out to anyone yet for any features. "I think that’s one of the distinguishing factors of Victory Lap so far." said Nipsey. "Especially in 2014, we livin’ in a feature game. But I’m on some rap shit, I’m on some hip-hop, street shit, fully. That’s what I want the album to sound like.”

Ty$ Is Gearing Up For "Beach House EP" Tour

The Taylor Gang signee has just announced his first headlining tour which will include 15 dates in various states. He's kicking it off in Fresno, California in April and seems to pretty much be keeping it west side the whole tour only hitting states closer to that side. This is the official tour for his latest project, Beach House EP, which is available here via iTunes. 

Dame Dash Salty or Nah?

I guess that picture was just for the instagram likes. In a recent interview with Details Magazine for the February 2014 edition, the Rocafella OG Dame Dash had a few snappy choice words when asked about Hov. Although he was expected to shed light on the entrepreneur, it took a turn in another direction. When asked for his take on the King of New York’s net worth, Harlem's Dash states "“It’s like saying, ‘I used to mess with a girl, and before I used to mess with her, she was mediocre,’ says Dame. ‘But because she started messing with me, I taught her things. I dressed her, and then I taught her how to have a career. Does that mean after we break up I’m still supposed to be able to get some ass?’ Like, I don’t feel entitled to that p*ssy. You understand what I’m saying? I don’t feel entitled to nothing he’s got.” 

Dame also chose to speak on the company Jay z chooses to keep around now. “Those people are corny. You think I’m rolling to a club with Lyor Cohen or John Meneilly?” The opinionated business man then added, “No disrespect to Jay—but every single person I see hanging around him is making money off him. They all conform so they can eat off him.’”

Meek Mill Tweets Album Coming In 2014

Announcing albums early in the year seems to be the new trend. So far Uncle Juicy, TDE, and a few more atists have took it upon themselves to tell thee world about the material they have in store for the upcoming year. Yesterday, Meek took it to twitter stating "My next album is all that matters #specialdelivery #2014". 2014 is looking like another great year for hip hop.
