OG producer Mike Dean let the cat out the bag via twitter recently when warning his long time collaborative friend to not ruin his chances of producing on WTT2. It is rumored that Jay and Ye' started working on it shortly after the first one was released in August of 2011. But it's now final. As Mike Dean says, it's "happening".
