“Jay-Z told me he has a power,” said Scott, “and artist need to stop trying to compete with each other, link up and gain the power.” Scott went on to say Jay’s advice changed his mindset. “He told me something that changed my life,” he added. “He said, we can all obtain money, but gaining the power is some whole ‘nothing level…He said money is something you can get off the streets, get from corporations. Power is something nobody can take from you.”
