According to New York post, Jigga has reportedly planned to throw a surprise concert next week on top of the Ed Sullivan Theatre during rush hour. Even though the planned has yet to be finalized, if Jay decides to go through with it, the city will be required to shut down surrounding buildings and streets. Police say if this show happens, it;ll be "off the hook". Apparently he tried to do this samething three years ago but it got shut down, that was three years ago though.
